Pre-Existing Damage
NeatNest Laundry is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in garments or items submitted for service. We recommend not sending items of irreplaceable sentimental or high monetary value.
Care Label Compliance
All items are laundered following standard care practices. NeatNest is not liable for damage resulting from missing, incorrect, or non-standard care labels. It is the client's responsibility to flag any special care requirements in the Special Instructions field.
Shrinkage & Color Bleeding
Some fabrics may shrink or bleed color during normal washing. NeatNest is not liable for shrinkage or color transfer on items that are not colorfast or are made of delicate materials not disclosed at the time of booking.
Lost or Missing Items
While we take great care with every order, NeatNest is not responsible for items lost or left in pockets, mixed in with laundry, or not included in the original bag count. Please remove all valuables before submitting your laundry.
Limitation of Liability
In the event of verified damage caused by NeatNest, our maximum liability is limited to 10× the per-pound service cost of the affected item(s). We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages.
